Legion Caravans take pride in all that we manufacture and ensure that we maintain control of our build by keeping factors of production in house including design, framing and furniture with our own CNC and edge banding machines. We also design and customise the fabrication processes on our vans such as extra large external pantry, custom tool boxes and much more.

Because of this Legion Caravans offer two different build methods to our customers in order to better suit their needs and lifestyle. Our traditional timber frame build is built by expert caravan builders who have been doing so for decades. The vans are robust, durable and extremely reliable.

Our aluminium frame is crafted by technicians and welders with extensive industry experience, providing customers with an extremely strong, level, structural build. We offer a Tig Welded aluminium frame with air-cell technology insulation to further enhance of build process.
